  I am not an expert in medicine, but according to my little knowledge on human anatomy, fallopian tubes are parts of the system just as is the cervix (entrance of the uterus). Cervical cancer affects the cervix so it is unlikely that removal of the fallopian tubes is linked to a cancer free cervix
