      An erection is the result of blood filling up in certain tissue that respond to sexual stimulation. Such tissue as you can imagine is called, erectile tissue!
      The classical location for erectile tissue is obviously the penis. However erectile tissue is also found in the clitoris, the perineum and urethra in females and nose and ears in both genders.
      Therefore to answer your question, yes women can get an erection, just not as clear as in male.
